My name's Douglas Kandora. I'm a single dad of two boys and have called Charlotte home for more than a decade. I'm running to become your Mayor.I'm not a career politician—I'm answering a call to serve.I believe in people and respect their opinion, no matter how different it may be from my own, which is why I'm not accepting donations. I believe Charlotte's Mayor should represent all of us, not just half of us, or those that can afford to pay. I’m stepping up with those beliefs in mind. I'm stepping up to unite us.
